I feel that it is precisely the (sometimes intentional) lack of knowledge about \u2013 and disregard for \u2013 these (a suddenly executed early canonization process with few precedents and even less possibilities, involving brutal selection) that cause the incompleteness and the absence of shared discourse so characteristic of the \u201880s.
